The New York and the Washington, DC offices are seeking highly qualified attorneys with two (2) to six (6) years of debt finance experience, with a focus on energy and infrastructure at a leading national or international law firm. The ideal candidate would have experience in drafting and negotiating financing documents for domestic and/or international debt finance deals (including credit agreements, depositary agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents, etc.), as well as experience in reviewing and drafting commercial (aka “project”) documents. Candidates with acquisition finance background (preferably in energy and infrastructure space) are also encouraged to apply.
