Contracts Project Manager Jobs

Contracts project manager jobs involve seeking expressions of interest from outstanding individuals to lead a team of professionals to deliver on specific work. Contracts project managers are required to pre-qualify vendors to be included in quotations and/or negotiations and then report on vendor performance metrics, including automation initiatives. Contracts project managers carry out job estimations, change order development, supervise crews, and have knowledge of meeting budgets and panel responsibility. Contracts project managers also prepare and deliver weekly status update reports and facilitate communication of project plan updates and completion forecasts to all involved. Contracts project managers should communicate and follow up with the field organization for the implementation and effective operation of vendor contracts in the field.

Contracts project manager jobs require a college degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience within the localization industry. Contracts project managers should have excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and time-management skills. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are also required. A contracts project manager must work well with all levels of management and outside customers and vendors.
